Information about visitors

The register does not have user accounts and does not ask visitors for personal information. Standard web server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time) are kept briefly for security and capacity planning, then discarded. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

If you email the register, your message and address are kept for as long as needed to deal with it.

Information in court lists

The entries on the register are reproduced from daily lists published by courts. That information is already in the public domain when it is collected. It is held so that past lists remain available, is displayed on this site, and is not sold or supplied in bulk to third parties.

Anyone named in an entry may ask for a correction or removal; see Corrections and removals.

Hosting

The site is served from Cloudflare's network, which processes request data under its own privacy terms.
